Job Description
The Medical Doctor will manage daily clients needs with healthcare providers (Hospitals, Labs, Pharmacies, Clinics...) in terms of approvals and reimbursement requirements, to assure high level of service quality and satisfaction. Her/his objective is to facilitate timely delivery of response.
Job Description
- Answer inbound calls as well as assist our clients who have specific inquiries. Queries may range from coverage questions, network location, medical questions…
- Receive all approval requests from Corporate Clients
- Review documents and requirements completion
- Submit approvals to the insurance company
- Follow up on the approvals until it's received
- Manage tracking system, follow up, ticketing and CRM.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine/Pharmacy
- Minimum 1-year experience in the medical field/ insurance
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent English Language
- Excellent communication skills
- Client Oriented
- Detail Oriented
- Commitment and Time management
- Preferably Heliopolis or near by resident
