Job Description
- Plan, execute and optimize all Google advertising campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, and App Installs.
- Monitor performance of daily social content and the overall activity of social communities.
- Own lead generation life cycle from discovery to marketing qualified leads for hand off to sales
- Manage and optimize technical aspects of key sales and marketing systems, specifically Hub-Spot used to generate, distribute, manage and report on leads.
- Optimize marketing automation and lead generation and nurturing through email, content, and social channels.
- Establish analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert leads
- Grow our email list and manage automation of email campaigns.
- Measure results and optimize lead generation and nurture workflows to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Develop documentation and road-maps for marketing automation processes.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong Technicalities especially in SEO, SEM, Google Ads.
- Marketing automation technology, especially with Hub-Spot
- Experience using Email marketing, lead generation & nurturing, marketing automation and web analytics.
- Analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Proven SEO experience
- Creating and keeping deadlines.
- Delegating and Team management skills.
- A high command of developing strategies, plan, prioritize and implement.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically ,identify and resolve problems
