Job Description
- Document financial transactions by entering account information
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
- Submit a monthly inventory report with the goods in stock
- Have good relationship with banks, insurance and taxes authority by being the company’s SPOC.
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Communicate effectively with clients/suppliers and follow up on their accounts and balances
- Communicate with Accounting Manager on work status and client/supplier issues that arise
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent field of study
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years in the accounting field
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in dealing with Microsoft Office (Excel + Access + word)
- Ability to create cost and sales analytical financial reporting
