Job Description

  • Prepares proposals for the development and improvement of promotional activities contributing to product development, assisting in the achievement of set sales targets, company growth and improvement of services provided within area of responsibility.
  • Monitors the market and interfaces with the end users of company products as to handle any complaints, obtain information on competition activity, projects and reasonability of products.
  • Sets objectives for own area of responsibility and upon approval of the senior management, develops plan of actions.
  • Implements sales strategies, in an integral manner, ensuring the improvement of the company image in area of responsibility.
  • Monitors and assesses the implementation of business plan, and reacts to possible deviations accordingly. Assesses market situation in area of responsibility and participates in product promotion plans in order to achieve market share objectives and contribute to the increase of Brand Equity.
  • Provides information of local competition activity regarding pricing, product availability and communicates to the senior management so as to support decision-making processes.
  • Independently analyses market information and produces qualitative and quantitative reports, contributing to the effective formulation and implementation of marketing strategy.
  • Evaluates, maintains ongoing relationships with key existing and new clients, in terms of product specifications and delivery arrangements, and finds means for its evolution, so that expected goals (sales usually of specialized products/services/market shares) are reached, in order to promote company image and assure long lasting commercial relationships.
  • Responsible for selling and increasing market awareness of the Ready-Mix Concrete.
  • Following up with customers' day-by-day regarding concrete orders, credit limits and handling Q.C issues with concerned department.
  • Insuring maximum productivity of assigned batch plants by daily co-ordination with Operations team.
  • Full commitment to achieving the best company profitability by monitoring volumes/profit margins.
  • Identification of new business opportunities and Value Added Products potential needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar role
  • Experienced in managing external customers
  • Excellent selling skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent product, market and service knowledge
  • Fluent English both verbal and written.
  • Team spirit and problem solving abilities.
