Job Description
- Monitor the shipping and tracking updates for import shipments.
- Handling all necessary shipping/banking documents as per international rules and regulations.
- Following up deliveries, freight documents and customs clearance
- Establish and maintain good relations with airlines, shipping lines & freight forwarders.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Supply Chain or any other related field
- Excellent English (Written & Spoken)
- Good knowledge of computer Microsoft office applications
- 1-3 years of experience in Import Logistics (Preferred in a surveillance cameras field)
- Working days: 5 days a week (Friday & Saturday off)
