Restructure HR policies across the companies of the group
Contribute to strategic decisions
Manage 3 personnel managers + quality control officer
Plan, manage and execute the following areas:
- Clear code of conduct
- Enhance culture through periodic check-ins
- Compensation and promotions restructuring
- Clear agenda for training & development
- Manage manager to subordinate feedback cycle
- Manage recruitment and selection cycle
Job Requirements
- A hands-on go getter nature is needed
- Hunger for change and restructuring
- Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
