Job Description

  • Follow/create brand strategy
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content.
  • Developing the engagement strategy to meet the our objectives and the KPIs
  • Brief agencies for brand campaigns and tactical campaigns
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Manage social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter , Instagram,snapchat and any additional channels.
  • Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification Ability and creativity to integrate and effectively use all social media channels highly common among online communities
  • Keep abreast with industry trends, new platforms and digital advertising techniques and latest technologies
  • Monitoring on-going campaigns and ensure their optimum performance
  • Define most important social media KPIs and Roi
  • Identify target audience and analysing their attributes , behaviour and media consumption habits
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns reports
  • Preparing insightful campaigns reports
  • Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
  • Track and analyse analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness
  • Mange all payments payments, invoices, PRs & Pos to suppliers/agencies

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in reputable digital agency
  • Familiar with GCC markets and trends
  • Must have excellent PowerPoint & Excel Skills.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of all SM tools
  • Must have a strong interest in social networking.
  • Have good research skills and familiarity with data sources on varies social media platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to translate and effectively communicate
  • Creative and flexible
  • Working knowledge of consumer-generated media and internet-based research
