About the Job
  • Main Duties:
  • Handling British or Irish Customers Over the phone
  • The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer experience standards

Working Conditions:

  • 9 hours rotational within 8 a.m and 11 p.m.
  • 2 days off
  • Work location:- Smart village/Horizon or Maadi (upon availability)


  • Net salary :- 4370 EGP + 1175 KPI's for UK or 1800 Bonus for IE + 1500 Overtime scheme on Monthly basis
