Job Description
- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
- Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, retailers and consumers.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Executes required export documentation for multiple accounts in various stages of completion
- Audits export files for compliance and scan into database.
- Prepare market survey to study and figure out the new opportunities.
- Prepares monthly process reports covering export activities to be reviewed with the Export Manager.
- Responsible for Customs Clearance.
Job Requirements
- BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Proven working experience as a logistics Specialist.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Proficient in standard logistics software.
- Females only.
