Job Description
- Establish and maintain constant increase web traffic to Fridal website and other social media platforms, by managing social branding and awareness campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Producing relevant website content, maintaining social media accounts and writing blog posts.
- Working within analytical platforms to create online strategies.
- Providing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services to ensure that our keywords rank high in search results.
- Use creative skills when identifying new ways to increase online presence.
- Execute a demand generation strategy to increase lead acquisition and reduce the cost per opportunity - develop strategic demand generation programs.
- Collect and analyze and prioritize market needs, industry trends, and customer requests.
- Develop campaign content and ensure effective marketing mix. Understand existing customer base and work with customer reference leads to help drive the reference program.
- Work with Product Management, help drive the software, customer and service partnerships where needed to complete the solution map or drive pipeline and close rate.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns in support of a sales force (push marketing.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to leverage core product, marketing content towards other needs, such as channel/partner marketing, lead generation programs and vertical market campaigns.
- Write product copy for collateral materials, advertising, direct mail, Website, sales tools and promotions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing & Digital Marketing:
Promotional Materials, Google Ad-words, Search Engine Optimization, Google analytics, Email Campaigns, and the associated tools. - Previous experience working as a digital marketing professional
- Hands on experience of managing Google ads, Facebook, Snapchat and search channels is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet researching.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (spoken and written) is a must.
- Ability to perform and accomplish multiple tasks.
- Ability to independently compose correspondence, memos and presentations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
