Job Brief:
Marketing content coordinator builds relationships and acts as the contact point between the marketing department and internal or external parties. He/She supports department by contacting and collecting freelancers’ rate, CVs, work samples, maintaining database, and taking care of payouts. He/She also manages the marketing tasks with the approved freelancers if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Collects and records various freelancers into our database after getting the necessary information and evaluation
- Maintains freelancer’s feedback rating and quality of work
- Coordinates the marketing tasks with the approved freelancers
- Assists in content creation and assessment if required
Job Requirements
- University Degree (highly preferred in faculty of languages, mas communication or journalism)
- Excellent/Fluent command in English language spoken and written
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to build strong relationships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Excellent eye for detail to ensure content meets quality standards
- Experience working independently as well as part of a team
