Field Applications Specialist

Field applications scientists are involved in offering customer training & support regarding issues in scientific equipment, supplies, and lab instruments. It requires them to deal with customers for problem solving, and consumer education regarding the product usage.

The key responsibilities of a field application scientist comprise:

• Providing appropriate training to customers on product usage (platforms & reagents)
• Preparing presentation report of products with all technical specifications, performing demos & training in front of clients regarding.
• Providing optimal support to application engineers for giving assessments & checking the functionality of the equipment and collaborating with field application specialists for finding out a solution for various product demos & troubleshoots
• Building effective relationships with new and existing clients for field application purpose, monitoring the consumer feedback on product usage, and performing further tests on field application of latest products for developing scientifically accurate applications
