Job Description
- Developing front end website architecture using Wordpress or any other framework.
- Developing back end website applications using Wordpress or any other framework.
- Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
- Use Ionic, ReactJS or any other cross platform framework to create web and native applications.
- Developing/editing APIs, plugins, Wordpress themes and databases using technologies such as CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP and MySQL.
- Developing web or native applications.
- Entering media and data for our clients when requested.
- Maintenance of website content, security and hosting/domain.
- Applying Search Engine Optimization on developed websites (on-page and off-page).
- Applying constant testing and backup protocols on all current websites/applications.
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
- Good understanding of WordPress main concepts like custom post types, template hierarchy, theme customization functions, WP, rest API ...etc.
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.
- Good understanding of on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
- Knowledge in other PHP frameworks like laravel is plus.
- Knowledge in modern JavaScript web technologies like Angular and React Js is plus.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems.
- Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred.
- Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.
- Aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on).
