Job Description
- Achieving marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing to marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Preparing and completing action plans
- Implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits
- Identifying trends
- Meeting marketing and sales financial objectives by helping in forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Helping in establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Helping in identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses
- Sustaining rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with spots staff and supporting administrative staff:
- Arranging appointments with different channels: doctors, beauty salons and spas including pre-arranged appointments or regular calling
- Keeping detailed records of all contacts
- Reaching (and if possible exceeding) monthly sales targets
- Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables.
- Following up with sales promoters
- Managing the social media related to his line
