Job Description
- Recording all the phone calls results in details.
- Submitting a detailed daily report about the numbers of calls.
- Calling company competitors in the market to know their price plans and the afforded services to their clients and submitting a detailed report.
- Follow up with the clients during the advertisement campaign period.
- Gathering all the phone calls in a report to clarify the number of incoming calls.
- Take the customer calls through the Sales Team.
- Handle customer inquiries both telepathically.

- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a related field experience.
