Job Description
Main Purpose:
Responsible for all the personnel related issues for the Operating Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all the labor law related issues and employees contract renewals
- Review the company policies and ensure the employees commit to the policies
- Supervise Subordinates in managing the warning levels and the social insurance system
- Responsible for coaching and monitoring the subordinates in reviewing and managing the employees’ files
- Responsible for reviewing the monthly employees report (absence and vacation records)
- Manage all the work injuries cases with the social insurance
- Calculate and Prepare the salaries and the bonuses for the blue collars employees
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field
Languages: Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
