Job Description
Main job purpose:-
- Set and smash sales targets. Achieve company objectives. Oversee the design of the showroom, coaching and mentoring employees, and monitor inventory. Attract and retain customers.
- Liaising with marketing team to ensure that the company is a preferred provider within the target audience.
Essential duties and tasks:-
- Studying the features of all products on offer
- Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement
- Ensuring that test models are set up and in outstanding condition
- Training staff in effective sales presentation and communication
strategies - Determine client’s needs and financial capabilities to propose solutions that fit them
- Negotiating prices and payment plans, and then closing sales
- Coordinating with the warehouses to organize receiving the product/items whether to the clients or showroom
- Advising on items which to be added or removed from the catalog
- Provide monthly reports on the situation of Home Furniture market and competitors
- Resolving strain and conflict between staff to promote a jovial and productive workplace
- Documenting sales and rewarding employees according to their KPI's
Job Requirements
Knowledge, skills and abilities:-
- Bs degree or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Showroom Manager, at a similar company "Luxury Home Furniture" is a must
- Excellent command of English verbal and written
- Very Good of MS office programs
- Training and mentoring skills
- Outstanding teamwork, communication and presentation skills
