We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Real Estate & Holiday Home Consultant to support a new market entry initiative in Egypt. The consultant will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, executing feasibility studies, and offering actionable insights on the short-term rental and holiday home sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed market research on Egypt’s short-term rental and holiday home sector
- Evaluate market demand, competition, pricing models, and growth potential
- Analyze local property laws, regulatory requirements, and investment feasibility
- Identify key locations and customer segments for strategic entry
- Provide a comprehensive feasibility study and market entry report
- Collaborate with strategic teams to shape the business model and localization efforts
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate consultancy, preferably in Egypt
- Strong background in market analysis and feasibility assessment
- Familiarity with holiday home, Airbnb-style rentals, or vacation properties
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
