Job Description

We are looking for a rocking star who is capable to take pmaestro , startups and businesses to higher maturity levels. You should share our conviction of bootstrapping and love of the tech-enabled startups; you should have an

intuitive feel for what works and what doesn’t in our digital world to accelerate businesses growth.

Responsibilities

Building Proposals including

  • Business requirements gathering and analysis
  • Value creation
  • Write-ups and Presentation

Business Strategies formulation and Implementation including:

  • Business and Operational models creation
  • Financial analysis and Modeling

Acceleration Programs management including

On-Boarding:

  • Build a good partnership model and manage the relationship with pmaestro clients (startups and businesses)
  • Attend events related to entrepreneurship and businesses support to Position pmaestro as startup’s favored accelerator and best investments manager for investors
  • Spot potential clients
  • Qualify startups to join Acceleration program according to pmaestro strategy
  • Assess businesses performance from different aspects (Commercial, Operational, Technology) and get the needed support from pmaestro experts whenever needed
  • Prepare startup’s assessment reports and present it to investors and corporate partners
  • Support merger and acquisition negotiations (deal structure, terms & conditions ...etc)
  • between startups and investors seeking win-win deal closure
  • Work with startup management team and pmaestro team to formulate fast growth strategies and agree targets’ achievement checkpoints
  • Manage transaction formality completion to guarantee rights and obligations of all parties

Partnering:

  • Build a good rapport with clientele teams
  • Provide the needed support to implement the agreed on strategy including
  • Mentoring activities for startup team
  • Recommend business and operational model enhancement
  • Onboard industry experts whenever needed
  • Recommend product(s) and service(s) enhancement
  • Supervise product(s) and service(s) development with the startup product & service owners
  • Consider the necessary measures and controls to assure growth strategy implementation by
  • Assure target’s achievement
  • Report strategy implementation progress on reasonable frequency (Weekly or Bi-Weekly)
  • Track project(s) milestones and deliverables and report, progress, risks, issues in timely manners and change management to get proper management attention to put the project(s) on track
  • Organize and attend monthly review meeting with program’s executive committee
  • Conduct post mortems (Lessons learnt) and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Support business expansion and development activities including financial modeling, deal structuring, sales, network building, market research
  • Support the startups in next financing round closure

KPIs:

  • To be determined with at the beginning of each quarter

  • Managed growth strategies implementation
  • Managed targets achievement
  • Sourced startups’ Vs Qualified ones according to programs’ objectives
