Job Description
- Implement social media strategies that build brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and product adoption.
- Combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
- Creating content which meets the company standards.
- Improve and deliver social media optimization (SMO).
- Updated with social media trends and best practices.
- Act as the face and voice of brand and manage all community communications.
- Reports progress to team leader
- Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select adapt current process to fit desired needs.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take engaging actions.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation.
- Coordinate with various stake holders and the Marketing department to design advertising campaigns
- Serve as Community Admin accounts, processing concerns and complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
Job Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
- Team player.
- Public relations, marketing, sales, community management experience
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Fluency and Arabic in English.
