Job Description

  • Implement social media strategies that build brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and product adoption.
  • Combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
  • Creating content which meets the company standards.
  • Improve and deliver social media optimization (SMO).
  • Updated with social media trends and best practices.
  • Act as the face and voice of brand and manage all community communications.
  • Reports progress to team leader
  • Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select adapt current process to fit desired needs.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take engaging actions.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation.
  • Coordinate with various stake holders and the Marketing department to design advertising campaigns
  • Serve as Community Admin accounts, processing concerns and complaints, escalating when necessary.
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)

Job Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
  • Team player.
  • Public relations, marketing, sales, community management experience
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Fluency and Arabic in English.
