Job Description

  • Monitoring, supervising and replying to students on the Page.
  • Responsible for increasing lead registration in order to achieve financial targets either on-page or by direct phone calls including explaining the terms and conditions when needed of the contract.
  • Ability to use positive language whenever dealing with any person either as a student or any other employee in and out of the department.
  • Make phone calls to answer clients' questions of the service and use negotiation and closing techniques in order to close B2C contracts and deals with clients.
  • Make feedback calls to students or clients on daily, weekly, and monthly bases in order to make sure quality is at highest levels and if any complaints or problems should be reported immediately to the team leader.
  • Receive any calls for complaints or service problems from students or clients during your shift.
  • Make weekly and monthly report for team leader as required mentioning all complaints cases and problems encountered during the period of the report.
  • Responding to our clients on the facebook page to answer their questions about English courses or services they want to register or take.
