Job Description
- Managing & Developing the quotation engineers
- Handling accounts as a key account manager
- Manage & Support the sales team with the customers and consultants
- Responsible for achieving the target with the sales team
- Responsible for the appraisal of the team & the commission of the team
- Support sales, marketing as well as customer service.
- Develop standard presentations, sales support materials and case studies.
- Ensure to grow and assist revenue targets along with future growth targets.
- Coordinate with team members to assure on time completion of proposals.
- Updating the price list in the system.
- Assure that our quotations meet the projects specs

Requirements
- Successful previous experience as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
