Job Description
- Ensure complex installation, maintenance and repair on customer installed base. Identify new opportunities while attending customer sites to promote Services growth.
- Knowledge transfer within Services Field domain with a coordination role of jobholders scopes 3 and 4.
- Ability to perform installation/commissioning/maintenance& modernize on a basic system within the area of responsibility.
- Interprets results and communicates an accurate and comprehensive customer report that meets project requirements and customer expectations.
- Interprets data gathered from engineering via databases, study reports, email and other correspondence/sources.
- Basic knowledge of customer process and ability to provide improvement to explicit customer needs.
- Ability to train the customer on equipment operation within area of expertise.
- Uses troubleshooting methodology & tools for the complex issue: complex system, system inter-dependencies, periodic failure
- Ability to detect when an issue is beyond the usual failure rate (design or manufacturing issue) and feedback relevant information to quality people.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSc. degree in Engineering
- 7-10 years experience as site service engineer and projects implementation
- TUV certification is a must
- Product knowledge: Triconex ESD system
