Job Description
Job Description: This position will manage, optimise and support all digital media strategies and campaigns in order to maximize ROI and increase efficiencies in overall media performance.
- Work extensively with external media agencies & media partners to drive performance in support of marketing objectives.
- Have strong first-hand knowledge of attribution and media mix modelling measurement.
- Responsible for research into new opportunities to enable automation, personalization, and other new AdTech solutions at scale.
Media Planning

Support in the development of long-term Digital media strategies with multi-channel execution.
- Assist is building the strategic media marketing plan and work with external agency to craft a tactical plan to fit the business needs.
- Recommend the best mix of budget allocation, targeting, and tracking between partners.
- Respond to requests from internal stakeholders regarding digital media strategies, YOY changes and impact.
- Become the primary point of contact and media specialist for agencies and internal stakeholders.
Analytics

Responsible for the platform strategy, execution, performance and reporting of the media campaigns
- Oversee measurement, including the design and operation of relevant dashboards and reports.
- Develop in-depth/custom campaign reports for to effectively show campaign success and explain optimizations
- Set sophisticated campaign tracking strategies using tracking software such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and others
- Create daily, weekly or monthly campaign reports based on overall tracking strategies, customer goals and KPIs
- Leverage channel data and industry developments to identify and execute tests, enhance reporting, and identify key levers and opportunities to implement optimization to improve performance
Audience Management
- Identify opportunities that will enhance customer communication strategies, increase speed to market, and create operational efficiencies.
- Utilise data to create, optimise and manage segments for media and site personalization to drive business objectives
- Provide a series of documented recommendations, which are specific and applicable to short-term and long-term goals
- Work with the agency network to implement dynamic delivery strategy, through multiple data touch points.
- Develop and highlight key remarketing audiences based on the combination of website and 1st party data.
Optimisation

Proactively working with agency partners and brands on campaign set-up and optimization strategy.
- Develop and execute A/B, MVT and other tests scenarios to improve user experience and conversions rates.
- Analyse, receive and interpret results via multi-touch attribution, market tests, controlled experiments, and ad hoc analyses
- Identify optimization opportunities for digital campaigns (including search marketing (SEO/SEM), targeted display/ video, retargeting, and mobile optimizations.)
- Optimise Media to Reduce CPL & overall CPS and improve key web metrics such as bounce rates, time on site and increased pages per visit.
Job Requirements
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Suitable business qualification (Degree level); thorough knowledge of Digital Media, Marketing and Social Media, best practices and market trends.
Minimum Experience: 4+ years digital media specific experience.
Job-Specific Skills:
- Project Management - Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong Relationship skills (as will be required to interact with different internal business units)
- Experienced in using A/B and multi-variant testing technologies (ie. Optimize 360, Optimizely, Insider etc)
- A good understanding of the GA360 Suite and its synergies within the Google stack would be an advantage
- Experience in running various tests and analysis to determine key areas of improvements
- Experience in increase marketing and media effectiveness that improve ROI
- Understanding of the media landscapes (DMP’s, exchanges, programmatic buying, etc)
- Strong understanding and experience on how to use user behaviour monitoring data & user behaviour capture platforms (heat-mapping, live user testing, surveys, etc).
