Job Description
- Managing Petty Cash in the office for managing office stationery & other office functioning related goods
- Managing timely payments of office utilities like electricity, printer etc
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements on office-related expenses
- Managing travel of employees – Travel advance, ticketing, travel itinerary, visa etc
- Co-ordinate with the agency for Work Permit of foreign nationals
- Visit various embassies/agencies/ banks from time to time on need basis.
- Managing banking transaction of office. Cash withdrawal etc
- Managing the office staff like Office Boy, Receptionist & Drivers
- Basic HR Duties & Personnel including Expatriates
- Monthly Expense Reports & Expense Budgeting
- Study and Revise of Contracts
- Connecting with government agencies for office related issues
- Administration work and duties
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must
- Age between 25 - 35 years
