Job Description
- Handle basic accounting duties such as preparing financial records and reports.
- Carrying out office administrative tasks and maintaining documents and records to ensure all files are kept up to date.
- Reconcile bank statements by comparing transactions to the general ledge.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc
- Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
- Maintain financial records.
