Job Description
- Distribution of monthly goals (target) to sales personnel (delegates - supervisors).
- Follow-up of delegates and supervisors daily (sales report - goal for time - downloads - collections - term).
- Visiting customers periodically to determine the extent of customer satisfaction with products and salesmen representatives of the company.
- Follow up and monitor the sales movements of the competing companies to determine the status of the company among them.
- Dividing the boundaries of sales areas with supervisors.
- Actual itineraries with delegates and supervisors.
- Receive problems faced by salesmen during the implementation of sales plans in the region and solve them.
- Directing the salesmen technically to achieve the company's sales objectives.
- Submit all the report related to the sales process of the direct manager.
- Evaluate and train delegates and supervisors in practice on their functional tasks
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in similar position
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills
- Presentable, punctual & reliable
- Strong multitasking & organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
