Job Description
- Using the accounting system to review and test all functions related to costing modules to get more effective and efficient results and reduce errors.
- Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs / budgeted cost to actual production costs.
- Overseeing recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures.
- Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
- Actively working with the Inventory team, other accounting managers, and accounting staff to develop and operate standard period-end closing schedules and desk procedures.
- Monitoring and tracking of offsite inventory balances and sales activity and Collaborate to develop a system solution for tracking the inventory.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports to be compared with the budget, together with variance analysis.
- Analyzing the Company’s Costing performance compared with the budget and prior period.
- Recommending changes to the company’s processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Finance or Accounting
- Preferably FMCG background
- Years of Experience: from 2 to 4 years
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from the faculty of Commerce.
- Food or Beverage manufacturing experience
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience.
Skills:
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
- Ability to accurately process numerical data.
- Team management and negotiation skills.
