Job Description
- Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company with the CEO.
- Ensuring that the technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
- Outline the goals for research and development.
- Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
- Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.
- Managing technology budgets and time frames.
- Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
- Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Following up all technical assignment and ensure that all projects going on the right track
- Improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization mission and specifically, supporting better management reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning.
- Overseeing overall financial management, planning, systems and controls; also, being responsible for data entry, payroll, accounts payable, grant report entry.
- Managing office general and administrative expenses and cash flow (G&A Budget), related to the day-to-day operations, including bills, rent, utilities, social and medical insurance, salaries and all different expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Being responsible for the Disbursement of checks for expenses and ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Handling contracts and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
- Handling special tasks related to commercial and non-commercial tasks.
- Setting and reviewing office budget and managing cost in coordination with the Managing Director.
- Keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports and summarizing information.
- Monitoring office usage of supplies for stationary and equipment, reviewing and approving its requisitions and reorders as needed.
- Maintaining office equipment & arranging necessary repairs or replacements.
- Responsible for Office Inventory (consumable & non-consumable).

Job Requirements
- MA in Engineering, Computer Science or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development
- Hands on experience with complex project management
