Job Description
- Studying the products specifications.
- Identifying and confirming Product specifications with the customer
- Managing customer feedback and frequent visits to customer’s sites.
- Costing and negotiating with customers about the prices.
- Producing and advising with delivery plan.
- Flow Monitoring and timeline management.
- Follow up on color and quality lab testing and results.
- Follow up on the productivity and update the customer on delivery plans.
- Follow up on shipping and delivery.
- Work as a coordinator between production and QC departments and Customers to Insure the best practice and a smooth operation.
- Holding a semi-weekly meeting with the COO and the department heads to update them on the latest updates on the assigned projects.
- Reporting the OTD (on time delivery) to the top management on semi-monthly basis.
- Receive the complains from the Customer and take the correction action to avoid repeating the Problems.
- Make all necessary analysis reports and statistics about the progress of the assigned projects including forecast sales, updated product specification ….etc.
Job Requirements
- Textiles (Circular Knitting) background is mandatory.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proven administrative experience.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong managerial skills.
- Knowledge of operations management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with textile testing.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
