Job Description
- Follow up with customer’s orders/shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and payment is received accordingly.
- Answer all daily questions received through social media (Facebook, Instagram)
- Answer all email inquiries received entailing customer inquiries and issues
- Answer all phone call inquiries received on a daily basis
- Place orders in our system for customers wanting to order through Instagram or Facebook direct messages or even phone calls
- Initiate and process all exchange orders for customers and effectively communicate them with our warehouse staff.
- Conduct follow up calls with our customers to issue feedback on our products and overall service etc.
Position Starts March 2020
Job Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Arabic is a must.
- Computer Savvy
- Excel proficiency
- 2 years’ minimum experience in the customer service field
- Strong relationships and communication with our shipping company’s account manager will be required.
