Job Description

  • Influence, coach and motivate sales teams of distributor partners targeting standardized execution of customer offers and programs.
  • Deliver financial performance targets for the territory including Volume, GM and Overdue.
  • Input and influence people resource allocations of the distributors to ensure strategic priorities are fulfilled within the territory.
  • Assist in implementing the annual business plan with the Distributor / Channel partner, providing permanent support in all areas of its contents, and in particular regarding:
  • Sales performance including forecasting and reporting – with timely interventions b. sales capability (skills and knowledge)
  • Customer offer deployment, coverage and satisfaction
  • Financial Return on Investment and cash flow performance e. brand representation and compliance
  • HSSE and Ethical compliance
  • Supervise distributor sales staff instore, merchandisers and make sure they execute the marketing activities as per the company guidelines.
  • Collect results from the execution of the offers by distributor teams within the territory
  • Monthly, analyze against the planning, and run quarterly reviews in order to undertake corrective actions if necessary.
  • Improve and deliver customer experience in targeted sectors and customer groups.
  • Ensure delivery of our promises by seeking continuous improvement and efficiency in all operations making sure the voice of the customer is represented in every decision we make. Drive standardization of our sales offers in line with our basic customer offer.
  • Make sure the distributor’s compliance with the company’s regulations and contract constraints and responsibility to inform the company in case there is any noncompliance with contract terms.
  • Follow up with distributor orders, payments amount and due dates.
  • Weekly monitoring for distributor warehouse and receives reports with stocks and compare it with orders
  • Requesting daily sales report from a distributor sales team and verify it with customer service orders invoices
  • Responsible for interviewing and selection process for the Distributor sales team in order to assist them to hire qualified candidates.

Job Requirements

  • With 6-8 years’ Experience in Sales & Distribution
  • Track record of delivery of sales targets and performance
  • Experience/track record/confidence representing the company externally and dealing professionally with large distributors
  • Experience of managing negotiations at senior level
