Job Description
- Give consultancy in surveying the currently existing status of the site and give feedback to the Technical Office.
- Responsible for highlighting any changes that might appear due to the site conditions.
- Support in reviewing the changes report and advise if this will impact the program and or the cost in close coordination with the Projects Control.
- Support in Reviewing the Time schedule, updated time schedules, periodical resource schedules, and material delivery schedules. As well as the Quality Plans, HES Plans and requirements, the Subcontractors, suppliers, and Engineering Consultants/Designers Qualification documents.
- Support in preparing the Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports. (These shall include a list of all submitted.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site.
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
- Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials.
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum Experience 6-8 years in a related field.
- Excellent team worker
- Technical knowledge of construction processes.
