3 years of successful experience in IT Help Desk
A thorough understanding of hardware and software used by the company
Basic knowledge of Windows Server as well as networking concepts and fundamentals
Previous experience working with Active Directory and Office 365
Experience with IT ticketing system
Excellent customer service skills required.
Strong troubleshooting skills are required.
Good attendance and punctuality required.
Familiarity of networking concepts and computer server systems.
Knowledge of routers, switches and firewalls preferred
Ability to schedule tasks, multitask, and works well under pressure.
Must be able to learn and support new and fast-changing technologies.
