Job Description
- Provide in-house technical support for Sales Team
- Capabilities (Design, implement, manage) network
- Assist Sales Team in conducting meetings with clients to emphasize the competency of the organization’s products
- Ability to design RFP
- Actively participate in the tendering process and development of proposals in line with customer needs
- Promote the organization’s products and services to various clients.
- Adapts solution design to new requirements.
- Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers and partners
- Provide technical support via phone, email and meeting for company’s products: answer technical inquiries, diagnose reported problems or configuration issues, recommend possible solutions, follow issue through to resolution or escalate if no resolution can be found.
- Assist in the development of formal sales proposals.
- Learn relevant solution sets, architectures and full product line specifications.
- Participate in technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects
- Ability to apply solutions, technology and products to a business opportunity
- Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or information systems.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT industry required
- Has a baseline understanding and pre sales engineering skills
- Experience in similar roles will be considered
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Understanding of network concepts and solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure in multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to work as a team with sales and presales team.
- Excellent English language
- Presentation knowledge how to sell the products in technical sides
- Self-motivated .
- Must be able to adapt to change seamlessly.
- Must possess the ability to deal with vendors, customers, employees.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, good listening and presentation skills.
