The Big Picture:
- DigiSay is the biggest MCN (Multi-Channel Network) in Egypt and the 3rd largest in the Middle East. Right now we are transforming ourselves into a digital media company (including production, marketing, and distribution of digital media). Our overall objective is to become the biggest digital media company in the EMEA region by 2021.
- Checking clients’ new videos and contents, communicating with the responsible departments if there is an issue and verifying accounts information.
- Presenting and discussing clients’ advertising needs and campaign ideas.
- Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign.
- Responding to complaints, requests and resolving issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
- Opening maintain customer accounts by recording account information and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve their satisfaction.
- Negotiating agreements and keep records of clients data.
- Following up on weekly basis with all the clients assigned.
- Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
- Providing the performance reports for each clients.
- Advising clients about channel strategies and recommend the appropriate actions should be taken to increase channels views.
