About the Job

We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Call Center Representatives.

Call Center Agent Job Duties:

  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying
  • Adhere to quality standards and KPI’s.
  • Supports patients through their treatment journey
  • Develops and updates content in keeping with client requests and need
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Determine the reason for call and provide service accordingly or transfer the call to the appropriate personnel.
  • Explain the benefits and advantages of our service to clients and ensure they are fully aware of the process and requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Graduates only.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role in a call center environment.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different situations.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Flexible to work 12hr rotational morning & Overnight shifts (4 Days/Week with 3 days off)
