Job Description
- Develop, execute, manage and analyse social media and digital marketing campaigns to support audience outreach and marketing goals for the resort, its spa, culinary programs, services, and personnel.
- Maintain the resort Image Library and ensure that all online photo and video content, written content, promotions, advertising and other resort materials are in keeping with Four Seasons image and marketing strategy, and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation.
- Curate and manage digital content (written, photos and video) and social media advertising
- Be an advocate for the company with positive and accurate communications in social channels, as well as the distribution of targeted media releases, media kits, pitches, site inspections and entertaining media and bloggers at the resort in compliance with Four Seasons standards.
- Perform Search Engine Optimization / Search Engine Marketing functions to drive ROI and conversion rate from direct web bookings
- Maintain the resort website and mobile app in multiple languages and coordinate enhancements to the site design and layout.
- Manage and update content across OTA channels & Retail partners.
- Track, analyse and record results of campaigns for the Monthly PR Report and Clippings file, and support with Administrative duties as required.
- Assist with the development of in-house newsletters, enewsletters, and direct sales presentation material for travel industry, FIT and group sales.
- Proof read all online marketing material, including: website content, social media content, reservation templates, enewsletters
