Experience & Expertise
- MBA or other postgraduate degree in a marketing related field.
- 8-10 years of strong brand experience in B2C Marketing preferably within any of the following industries: FMCG, lubricants, or automotive industry.
- Expert in Digital & Social Media campaigns - it is a must have requirement
- Proven MNC (multinational) brand management experience is needed
- Significant experience in disciplined brand campaign execution.
- Experience of working with global advertising, media buying & research agencies.
- Trade and channel management experience of minimum 3 years is mandatory.
- Experience in disciplined marketing campaign execution.
- Experience of independently managing a business line or brand portfolio with responsibility for generating top line growth, margin management and cost efficiency will be an added advantage.
- Experience of working in a matrix organisation.
- In country travel as & when required.
- Language: Proficiency in Arabic & English is a must.
