Job Description
Job Duties
- Production orders execution as planned
- Overseeing production processes
- Perform with quality control standards
- Applying lean manufacturing methodologies
- Supervising the work of junior staff
- Operate and function all production department SOP’s
- Create the required production, and reporting tools to monitor and analyze production lines performances
- Responsible for measuring production capacities and bottlenecks identification
- Achieve all production targets
- Design and create visual boards
- Design new factory floor layout if required
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary with the planning department
- Estimating, and negotiating the production department’s budgets and timescales with a reporting line
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Discuss the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment with the Maintenance department
- Assessing new production projects and resource requirements
- Organizing relevant training and awareness sessions
Job Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements
- From 6 to 8 Years of Experience
- Proven experience for production management
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Lean manufacturing certification
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
