Job Description
- Reflect a professional and efficient image about FTTC through the messages they covey to FTTC clients through the call centre.
- Responsible for answering the telephone, directing callers, taking messages.
- Responsible for answering all phone of FTTC clients, provide information about training courses according to structured provided answers.
- Receives visitors to FTTC.
- Liaises with Finance and Administration Department regarding delivery of mail.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the FTTC telephone directory.
Job Requirements
- Have a university degree
- Oral and written fluency in Arabic and English
- Excellent computer skills, namely MS applications
- Presentable
- Customer Service experience is an asset
