Job Description
- Analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands.
- Works alongside with technical sales engineers.
- Offers customer training for the product.
- Repairs tests and maintains equipment.
- Monitors the performance of the product.
- Maintains product manuals.
- Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
- Develops and maintains relations with customers.
- Makes recommendations to maintenance technicians
Job Requirements
- BTech/Diploma – Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics Engineering Candidates are requested
- Experience in handling OIL & GAS Fire burners only
- Plant process knowledge, design, calculation & selection as per customers requirement is essential
- Handling Service Experience with Boiler capacity up to 40TPH
- Boiler Service Experience with a minimum of 4 years and above
- CVs with local Saudi Experience only preferred as First Priority; Second Priority will be experienced outside the Saudi Country.
