Job Description
Requirements:
- Good understanding of customs operation and lifecycle of Cargos, Passengers, and Couriers monitoring from customs perspective
- Knowledge of manual/automated processes of filtering Cargos, Passengers, and Couriers for further screening
- In depth know-how of typical fraud risks and patterns exploited by fraudsters to conduct illicit trade in the area of Cargos, Passengers, and Couriers
- Knowledge of fraud investigation process and stakeholders in the investigation workflow.
- Understanding of various stakeholders involved in the fraud investigation process
- Understanding of key KPI to monitor screening of Cargos, Passengers and Couriers
- Understanding of data attributes involved in the operation of monitoring of Cargos, Passengers, and Couriers
- Familiarity with predictive analytical models is good to have
- Experience working with a consulting organization is preferred
- Experience working with Government clients is preferred
