Job Description
- Act as a liaison to customers for all Schneider Electric product and service offerings.
- Maintain positive relationships and communication with customers, staff and senior management.
- Ensure adequate staffing with proper skills and knowledge are present at each site.
- Develop capabilities, and set policies necessary to satisfy customer’s service delivery goals, engage employees, and achieve financial objectives.
- Implement operating standards required for site uptime, cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and to be an environmentally-friendly community partner.
- Manage expenditures, staffing, and capital projects to ensure compliance with financial goals.
- Oversee site operations and capital expense budgets to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
- Ensure proper processes and procedures are in place to mitigate risk and maximize availability.
- Monitor and ensure process improvement programs are fully implemented.
- Monitor and ensure effective training programs are implemented.
- Drive innovation into facilities programs/systems with an environmentally conscious attitude.
- Identify and support business development opportunities.
- Participate in acquisition teams to assess and integrate new facilities when required.
- Interface and work with the Sales team on new customer planning, changes and implementation.
- Facilitate communications within the organization to ensure the right information gets to the right personnel in a timely manner.
- Provide expert opinion and analysis for clients, staff, and management as required.
- Assist in the negotiation and approval of contracts/agreements with vendors as requested.
- Coordination of SLA/KPI, performance indicators, and other data for presentation as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- A minimum of 15 years of experience significant Services background
- Strategic planning.
