Job Description
- Reports directly to the Operation manager
- Gallelio system knowledge.
- Responsible for clients flights on his/her agenda
- Following up with all flight bookings needed on agenda
- Daily follow up with all flight booked and flight time changed on agenda to pass the new dates or departures to agents and clients
- Compiling with the company set turn over time of request.
- Handling clients and customers requests via Internet including communication, quotations, reservations & operations.
Job Requirements
- Ability of negotiation in regards to prices to get the best flight rates.
- Good level of knowledge about various destinations all over Egypt and the globe to assist in compiling and creating comprehensive roots for customers.
- Good communication skills via telephone, emails or one to one meetings.
- Good knowledge with computers including Internet browsing, emails, word & Excel.
- Good command of English language spoken and written, any extra languages are preferable.
- Ability to communicate, search and negotiate overseas and internal agents and operators flights.
- Good daily follow up with airlines and IATA
- Very good knowledge with all airline systems like Amadeus and Galileo
- Very good command with BSP system and payments
