Job Description
Sales Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas related to products and services offered by Eklego.
- Sells consultative and makes recommendations to clients of the solutions the company offers to meet their needs.
- Builds a deep understanding of Eklego’s product categories, value proposition, and the meaning and importance of customer service
- Participates in the development and strengthening of sales tools needed to drive sales.
- Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale
- Develops a database of customers through recording data of any/all customers who enter the store.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and open orders including orders in progress, client inquiries, and follow-up activities to maximize customer satisfaction.
General Responsibilities:
- Implements shift schedule, taking responsibility to ensure no business interruption and communicates in a timely manner with management to ensure no surprises
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics and ensures that they are implemented within the team.
- Maintains the overall look of the store to ensure it is clean, organized, uncluttered, and has effective display at all times.
- Assists in the implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Participates and contributes to the development of training programs to build a product and technical knowledge.
- Client Management
- Prepares quotations, invoices, receipts in a timely manner to provide a seamless interface with customers and accurate data management.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports.
- Maintains open orders tools to track open orders and client communication tools to ensure that clients can follow up on their orders and get timely and accurate answers.
- Product management
- Ensures the showroom is continuously well-stocked and communicates with the inventory manager to replenish stock as needed.
- Provides timely and accurate pricing (on system and labeling) on any products that enter the showroom.
- Ensures that all sales tools are up to date (mainly furniture catalog), all offerings are clear (e.g. furniture, lighting, fabrics)

- Sets an example in areas of commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
- Builds trust, values others, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solves problems creatively and demonstrates high integrity.
- Maintains contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Proactively collaborates with company employees from the different departments especially Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Purchasing, and Inventory.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in all aspects of supplier and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven ability to sell consultative and close sales.
- Flexibility in shifts, branches, etc.
