Job Description
IT Specialist
- Provide technical software and hardware support across the company.
- Respond to phones and emails of employees seeking technical assistance on computer systems, answer queries, and offer advice to solve problems.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Perform in-person or remote troubleshooting through running diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Remotely accessing hardware or software for employees to make changes and fix problems.
- Provide for the implementation, configuration, deployment, and support of systems, including, but not limited to client computing devices and servers
- Set up accounts for new users and taste new technology.
- Administers multiple maintenance functions of the web-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with a primary goal of ensuring data integrity.
- Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption; secure data storage, and other necessary means.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company documents and customers.
- Report system downtime and performance issues to the CEO.
- Ensure to follow standard operating procedures and meet service level agreements.
- Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department
- Connects users to networks and provides initial training in facilities and applications.
- Administers e-mail and anti-virus systems.
- Assists in research and procurement of computer accessories and supplies.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Social Media Specialist:
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Monitor ROI and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
Job Requirements
- Knowledge - Bachelor's Degree preferably in IT, Computer science or computer engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT
- Working knowledge of WAN and LAN also CRM to address network connectivity issues
- Strong Computer Skills, updated with the latest software and techniques
- Good communication and problem- solving skills to understand the problem and effectively explain its solution.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Presentable, detail-oriented and initiative.
Social Media Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Digital Media specialist.
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop or other media editing software
- Working knowledge of Google, Facebook Ad words and SEO.
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage micro sites, social media applications, and online ads.
- Possess solid understanding of social media marketing and campaigning
- Ability to handle digital analysis and web metrics duties
