Job Description

  • Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs.
  • Work directly in the field to research and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of growth
  • Strong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Utilize entrepreneurial mindset to manage territory through creative communication.
  • Effectively manage, support and continually update (CRM) with all appointments, pitches and pending approvals.
  • Each month you’ll be expected to hit budget and have the opportunity to exceed sales utilizing an array of methods from networking, exploring existing relationships, engaging decision makers and key influences, cold calling, etc. A large portion of your time will be spent in the field.
  • Serve as an industry expert to educate decision makers and build rapport by keeping up with the latest trends to break down barriers and close sales.

Job Requirements

  • Prioritizing, time management, organizational skills and Presentation Skills
  • BA/BS degree and/or 3-5 years of previous field sales experience (small to medium size businesses).
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals in a sales organization.
  • CRM Software experience.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • People management
  • Entrepreneurial drive and creative thinking.
