Job Description
- Providing advisory services to the company's units in legal matters including criminal law.
- Follow the local legal legislation and inform the relevant units of the company.
- Ensure that the legal services provided by the company from outside sources are implemented and coordinated in litigation and law enforcement procedures if necessary.
- Conduct risk assessment activities for local legal compliance risk to ensure that the company's procedures comply with the strategic, financial and operational objectives with the legal regulations.
- Evaluate, identify and follow up on legal risks to manage the risks of legal compliance with the Company
- identifying and anticipating legal risks as well as providing legal consultation in order to effectively propose legal solutions that manages and resolves them
- Supporting long term objectives through the implementation of legal objectives aligned with all other divisions
- Supporting team members
- Handling corporate legal processes effectively
- Collaboration with management during the implementation of defense strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in law
- Good command in English
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Ability to draft contracts is a MUST
- Communication, Organizing, Planning & Reporting Skill.
- Comprehension of legal risk management
