Job Description
- Maintain the inventory system accurately to provide security and protection of the company property.
- Responsible for issuing supplies entries to ensure that accurate usage reports can be generated.
- Receive, record and store incoming supplies as they arrive with the cooperation of the Inspection section.
- Keep the warehouse clean and ordered at all times, according to regulations.
- Prepare and file inventory records as necessary to control the movement of spare parts to different work locations as needed.
- Expedite shipping out spare parts not in service and stock transfer.
- Ensure that all materials are issued from stores and shipped to proper designed cost centers (A/C or specific work orders, etc...)
- Perform other tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Bch. degree in Logistics
- Related experience is preferable.
- Highly organized.
- Attention to details
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to travel to different sites.
- Can handle stress and meet deadlines
- High communication skills
